This nine week course from The Thinkology® Coach teaches children that their thoughts create their experience of life, and that by understanding their thinking, they can change anything they want about their life.

I am a mum of 2 neurodivergent boys and a wife to an amazing husband.
I have taught Thinkology® as 1-1 coaching, as a parent and child led coaching and prior to Covid I was working in local schools facilitating workshops to primary and secondary children.
It's such a powerful tool in understanding how our thinking works at an individual level.
In this 9 week course, I show children:
"I have got more self-confidence and believe in myself more”
- Kieran, S2
“I have a better understanding of how everything stems from your thoughts and that you can't control them.”
- Emma, S5
Week 1: Where Are You Right Now?
First we measure where your child is at just now, using a 1-10 sliding scale. Looking at the issue that you’re participating in Everyday Thinkology® for, and how much is it affecting your day-to-day happiness.
Week 2: The Quality of Your Thoughts
This week we'll be looking at your helpful and unhelpful thoughts
Week 3: Your Graph of Thoughts
This week we will look at what helped you to shift through the zones and explore where did you have helpful/unhelpful thinking?
Week 4: How Changing Your Thinking Can Help You to be Braver, Stronger, Confident & Relaxed
This week is a lesson in how to create a positive emotional state.
Week 5: The Colour of Your Thinking
This week we look at colours being used to represent feelings and emotions and explore how all thoughts are created equally.
Week 6: The Way I Create My Experience of the World
This week we look at how we can explore the world differently.
Week 7: The Path of Experience
Exploring how we can change our experience and our actions and behaviours.
Week 8: My Unique Perspective
Are you noticing a difference in your thinking, are you more aware of how you create your experience?
Let’s look at how our thinking is shaped, how you have arrived to this point.
Week 9: What I See Is Not What Everyone Else Sees
This week we are looking at how we view the world compared to how others view the world. We'll be looking at a child and parent scenario. What do we see from this?
“Our family life has changed way beyond what I thought it could.”
- Sarah, Parent of ASD female

This is one of my most powerful lessons in Everyday Thinkology® and children are amazed to discover that they have the choice to change their glasses or view of the world at any time they choose.
When kids learn to see what their experience of life would be like from a different perspective it creates amazing changes.
Would you like your child to see the world through a different lens and open themselves up to experiencing life with more joy and happiness?
Commitment 1
At the end of the nine-week course, you and your child will have learned lots of new information, all about your thoughts and thinking.
Commitment 2
Commitment 3
My main passion in life is to teach children all about their thoughts and thinking.
I have worn many hats over the years. Nanny in the USA, History student, Offshore stewardess, Kindergarten assistant are some of the most significant ones. I always had a dream to be a teacher and trained as a Steiner Waldorf teacher prior to having children.
I decided to change my career path after having my boys and I trained as a Coach, NLP practitioner and Hypnotherapist. The training really helped me personally as I was going through some challenging times with my oldest son. I was experiencing Anxiety and low self-confidence and he was also having issues related to his ASD.
There were very limited resources available to help my son and myself. I couldn't access any support or counselling that was child focused, or even ones that could help my child to understand just where his anxiety was coming from.
This is when I decided to focus solely on children's wellbeing coaching.
Soon after, I was introduced to a different approach to mental health and emotional well-being.
This training looked at mindset and emotional well-being from a perspective that any feeling, emotion or behaviour all begins in thought. This understanding totally transformed my own life and my mindset and had a huge affect on my children too.
